The toilet is one of the often-used areas in a house. It can make you feel uncomfortable when problems occur on bathroom plumbing and may even call a plumber to help you with it. Here are some of the most common problems we may encounter with our toilets.
Leaking toilet tank. Also known as a phantom flush, it happens when there is a slow leak from the tank going to the bowl which will make the broken flushing. It can be fixed by draining the tank and cleaning the flapper seat. Replace it if damaged or worn.
Weak flush. When bowl empties slowly, there could be clogged homes underneath the bowl’s rim. It can be fixed by clearing the debris out by poking gently into each flush hole but do gently avoid scraping the bowl.
Clogged toilet. Clogs are the most common problems found in toilets. Minor clogs can be solved by a good plunger while a closet auger can get rid of serious ones.
Leaky toilet seals. This sure needs repair and replace it right away. Since there are at least five seals, a leak or break can cause great problems. It should be fixed right away.
